As an 8-room boutique hotel, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. For last-minute cancellations, we are unable to offer refunds or reservation date changes.

  • One child under the age of four can stay for free, sharing the parent’s beds.
  • The Child Supplement applies to children aged 5 to 11 years.
  • Children aged 12 and older are considered as adults.
  • The price for the Extra Bed is $15.
  • It is not allowed to have loud music or JBL speakers in the hotel unless you have reserved the entire resort.
  • Accommodation rates provided are based on a per room per night basis.
  • Kindly ensure that you have your NIC or passport with you to facilitate a seamless check-in process.
  • The Farm resort is not equipped with a bar facility. However, we extend the privilege to our in-house guests to bring their bottles without incurring any additional corkage charges.
  • Our Deluxe rooms are designed without air conditioning, while our Premium rooms and family bungalows are equipped with air conditioning.
  • Package meals are served according to the set menus. For any other extra meals, you may order from the a la carte menu, and it will be charged separately.
  • Standard check-in time is 02.30 PM and check-out time is 11.30 AM.
  • The Farm Resort does not provide accommodation for drivers or guides within the property.
  • However, arrangements can be made with the nearest rest house which is 04 km away.
  • Payment for the accommodation must be made directly by the guide, driver, or travel agent to the respective rest house. It is important to make a pre-reservation.
